The houseman should have a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, A/V and mechanical systems to assist with maintenance duties. You will occasionally be assisting with table service (experience/training in this is a plus). Must be a team player who is dependable, detail-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
