A Michigan native and graduate of the University of Michigan, Jen comes to British American Household Staffing with nearly two decades of private service experience, having worked as a personal assistant, house manager, and recruiter for households in New York, California, and Chicago.

After a rewarding, on-the-ground career helping families thrive, Jen started her own family, welcoming her first child in her mid-forties. This life transition drew her to BAHS, where she values both the agency’s depth of industry expertise and its genuine support of women at every stage of life and career. 

Jen takes a tailored, consultative approach to placement, focusing on the unique values and dynamics of each household to facilitate matches where both families and candidates feel supported and primed for long-term success. She lives in Chicago, where she finds daily inspiration in the Lake Michigan horizon and in watching her young son discover the world.
