Jessica is originally from Northern Virginia, but later relocated to Miami, Florida. She has over 15 years of experience in private childcare and household support. Her passion for working with children began in high school through a dual enrollment Early Childhood Education program, which led her into a full-time career as a nanny and family assistant. Through years of supporting professional households, she developed a strong understanding of the trust, structure, and discretion required within the home.

Jessica later expanded her career to include managing placements in the DC metro area, thoughtfully guiding families and caregivers through successful matches. Having worked on both sides of the industry, she understands the importance of alignment, communication, and long-term compatibility. Outside of work, she enjoys cycle classes, traveling, and karaoke.
