After traveling the world as a nanny for the last 17 years, Kate is now playing matchmaker between candidates and clients. As a nanny, Kate traveled extensively including spending time on a working dairy farm in the English countryside, a remote cabin in the Minnesota woods, and on a boat in the Caribbean for extended time.
Now based in Los Angeles, Kate is enjoying working from home with her rescue pup Cooper by her side. She enjoys making connections within the domestic staffing industry. Through her work as a nanny, she has nurtured strong networking relationships with fellow domestic staff, agencies, and families locally, nationally, and internationally. Supporting candidates and clients throughout the stages of a search, recruitment, and onboarding process is a passion of Kate’s that has resulted in successes she takes great pride in. She has seen how crucial it is to find staff who are not only qualified but who are the right fit for each unique role.
When she is not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her family including her four nephews in Sun Valley Idaho as well as hiking, traveling, reading, and hanging out with her friends. She is also a registered Child Passenger Safety Technician and enjoys educating her community on safe car seat practices.
