Thorough reference checks are carried out with past employers to further understand each candidate’s working habits and level of professionalism. Our screening process is comprehensive and conducted in accordance with applicable laws. Depending on the role and circumstances, screenings may include federal, multi-state, and international criminal checks, SSN traces, and, where relevant, driving record and credit checks. Additional evaluations, such as drug testing and personality assessments, can be arranged as needed.

All BAHS employees handle client and candidate information with the utmost care, and promote only candidates who we believe aspire to the same level of discretion. We are approved by the DCWP (Department of Consumer and Worker Protection) and are bonded in the states that are governed by the DCWP.
