Operations and Processes Coordinator - NYC

We are seeking an operations and processes coordinator to coordinate the redevelopment of a database for a concierge-style domestic staffing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day training and implementation of the database. Develop and implement new processes and procedures, assist employees in implementing and using the new processes, and work with internal developers to manage constant change. Coordinate the operations behind the digital build, including selecting remote employee recruiters and a manager to oversee groups of hires. Develop and maintain processes for remote recruiters, including how they are managed, monitored, how their progress is logged and overseen, financial incentives, salary and commission structure. Set up HR systems and physical offices, coordinate hiring and training of the HR team, and work with a legal team on all processes. Coordinate reimplementation of new and overhauled systems for all new and current hires. Starting with the current model upgrade, speed up current processes and develop strategies and processes to allow a higher close rate of current deals, better methods for referrals and repeat business, and assisting the CFO with financial incentives. Coordinate digital build of the database, working with a team to create a new admin platform. Work with a team to grow the operations behind the platform in each state, starting with NY and CA. Assist marketing team to market digital platform to a different audience than the concierge model, creating processes directly related to domestic staffing. Coordinate the lifecycle of the development of the platform, including initial build-out internally and then opening to external users including clients and candidates and coordinate growth in each state as the platform scales. Build all operations relating to the digital platform to enable the platform to work, scale, and communicate smoothly between the digital platform’s functions on all three sides (client facing, candidate facing, administration) and the client using the platform to hire.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or related position, including 5 years of experience with: transformational change projects; managing fast-moving growth and business development, and project management with a focus on managing risk and budget; and building internal systems and operations, and 2 years of experience with: database and/or asset management, including experience researching and mining data; domestic estate staffing industry, including knowledge of users, including the family hiring, and candidates, and related legal processes; and mass affluent consumer bracket.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Los Angeles
