Junior Recruiter - NYC

We are seeking a junior recruitment specialist to join our team at our SoHo headquarters. As part of our training process, the role begins in our Talent Acquisition Department and responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing top talent to increase our candidate pool, building business and brand exposure, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and liaising with the Recruitment Team. Pending a performance review after three months, you will join the permanent NYC recruitment team and your responsibilities will include interviewing applicants weekly, meeting with clients to assess their needs, facilitating interviews, trials, and hires, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring all internal processes are running smoothly. The ideal person for this role will have excellent communication skills, will be proficient with Mac products, willing and capable of learning new technology platforms, will thrive under pressure, and be capable of working both autonomously and as part of a cohesive, structured team.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Los Angeles

This position offers incredible growth opportunity as we expand our Los Angeles-based California office.

We are seeking a recent college graduate with a basic Marketing or Human Resources experience. This position requires a commitment of 3 days per week. The right candidate will have experience working on a team and will thrive in this type of environment. The candidate will serve in a support role for our Los Angeles Recruitment Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Help build a team base in LA to service the state of California
Identify and source top-quality talent to increase the BAHS candidate pool
Screen candidate resumes for BAHS standards
Promote and foster candidate relations
Create job advertisements on multiple platforms targeting specific audiences



A four-year college degree is preferred
Proficient with Mac products
Ability and willingness to learn various technology (applicant tracking system) platforms
Ability to thrive under pressure
Ability to design and prioritize tasks in the most effective and efficient manner
Willing to make a long-term commitment to assist in the growth of a rapidly moving company

Talent Acquisition Specialist - NYC

BAHS is seeking a recent graduate with experience in HR to join the recruitment team as an entry-level specialist at our SoHo office

Primary responsibilities will include:

Identifying and sourcing top talent to increase candidate pool
Building business and brand exposure to acquire and nurture new clients
Screening candidate resumes and profiles to meet our strict guidelines and standards
Creating and placing job advertisements
Conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews/managing the office calendar

A bulk of your time will be spent strategizing on the best platforms and times to advertise, placing ads, and screening talent. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the success of our company. An ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is dedicated, proactive, focused, dependable, caring, and discreet.

A 4-year undergraduate degree with some experience in recruiting/HR is required. Psychology majors who wish to pursue HR or IO psych would be a plus. 

This position is not suited for those who require excessive hand-holding and micromanagement. We believe in structured guidelines, but autonomy within them.
