Recruiter positions open in NY and LA

Recruiter and Placement Specialist for British American Hosuehold Staffing LA:

We are looking for a placement specialist/recruiter for our LA office to join our dynamic team.  This position involves screening candidates (nannies, estate managers, personal assistants, newborn care specialists) and placing the candidates with our clients.  This is a discreet, sensitive job position that requires the placement specialist to have a natural sensitivity in all interactions; an ability to screen and read people well and understand the needs of both parties (candidate and client). This ensures a rewarding match is made for both candidate and client.  First language English is a must and you will provide writing samples to assess your writing skills.  Adherence to operations and processes is key to success in this position. HR skills will be taught and the chosen candidate will undergo training in our LA and NY offices.  The schedule is M-F, 9-5 but some after hour calls with clients and candidates is to be expected.  This is a sales and recruitment/HR position.  The ideal applicant will have an outgoing, kind and detail-oriented personality.  We are a team of incredible women who have created a cohesive, creative and exciting company culture that promotes honesty, empathy and a team mentality.  The chosen applicant will be tech savvy, have a college degree from a reputable university and have excellent writing skills and be Mac proficient.  Experience in Hospitality, HR, Childcare or Domestic Staffing is a plus.  Feel free to refer your friends.

Talent Acquisition Specialist for British American Household Staffing NY 

Educational Background: Marketing, Branding, Advertising, HR or Hospitality

Monday to Friday, 9-5

We are seeking a bright, educated candidate for our Talent Acquisition Specialist at BAHS NY.  First language English is a plus.  This position involves marketing, advertising, screening resumes and working closely with the NY sales team. Understanding our brand and where we are in the marketplace is a prerequisite. This position suits a recent graduate.
