Candidate Screening

Our expert team sources qualified household candidates and conducts a rigorous screening and interviewing process to validate the integrity of their resume and to understand their personality and career aspirations. Thorough reference checks are carried out with past employers to further understand each candidate’s working habits and level of professionalism.

Our screening processes are comprehensive and subject to applicable law. Screenings include the following: federal and multi state and international criminal checks, credit checks depending on the law of each state or country, SSN traces and where appropriate, driving record checks. At a client’s request we can also arrange drug testing and personality assessments.

All BAHS employees handle client and candidate information with the utmost care, and promote only candidates who we believe aspire to the same level of discretion. We are approved by the DCA and are bonded in the states that are governed by the DCA. We hold business licenses in each of our home states and countries.
