Over the past decade, Alexandria has built a rewarding career working with private families, earning their trust through her professionalism, discretion and commitment to providing exceptional childcare. Her experience has given her valuable insight into the qualities that create strong, long-lasting relationships between families and childcare professionals.

Alongside her career in childcare, Alexandria completed a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, further strengthening her understanding of child development and behaviour. Her combination of hands-on experience and academic knowledge allows her to understand the needs of both families and childcare professionals, helping her create thoughtful, well-matched placements.

After many years working directly with families, joining British American Household Staffing felt like a natural next step. Having been a candidate herself, she understands just how important it is to find the right fit for both families and nannies, and enjoys helping create long-lasting, rewarding matches.

Having grown up in Wales before later moving to London, Alexandria is a country girl at heart and loves spending time outdoors, especially at the beach. Outside of work, she loves travelling, cooking for family and friends, and is always happiest when hosting people around the table.
