With a background in education, Ellie brings over 10 years of experience as a nanny, governess and private educator, working with families across the UK, Europe and North America. Having supported households of all sizes, from first-time parents to fully staffed homes, she understands the unique dynamics of private service and the importance of finding the right fit.

Joining BAHS was a natural next step, allowing Ellie to combine her industry experience with her passion for helping people. She loves building genuine relationships with both clients and candidates and finds it incredibly rewarding to help people discover opportunities where they can thrive.

Outside of work, Ellie loves exploring new places, whether that’s travelling abroad, discovering walking trails or geocaching. She also enjoys pottery and any opportunity to get creative.
