Originally from the Philippines, Caren is the eldest of four siblings, which helped shape her into an independent, self-reliant, and responsible person from a young age. She was exposed to multicultural environments from an early age, which helped her develop an appreciation for different cultures and connect easily with people from diverse backgrounds.

Caren has worked across different fields throughout her career, but her years working as a nanny became an especially meaningful part of her personal and professional growth. Working closely with families taught her the value of patience, adaptability, trust, and genuine connection with others.

Outside of work, Caren is someone who loves writing and always makes sure to pack a pen and notebook whenever she travels. She also loves exploring different cuisines and has a particular love for spicy food—biryani being one of her favorites!
