Gina is a passionate Talent Manager with a proven track record of building and nurturing meaningful candidate relationships. After initially joining the company as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2018, she left to explore new opportunities in 2022 and returned in the fall of 2024 to continue making an impact in talent management. Her expertise lies in developing strong, lasting connections with candidates, ensuring that they feel valued throughout the hiring process and beyond.
With a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, Gina is committed to fostering a positive candidate experience and ensuring a seamless journey from initial contact to onboarding. Her approach is driven by empathy, communication, and a genuine desire to help candidates find roles where they can thrive.
Outside of work, Gina is a proud dog owner to a lovable Golden Retriever and loves exploring new retaurants/coffee shops with her husband. She looks forward to connecting with candidates and building relationships that make a real difference in their careers!
