For an hourly fee, our in-house Norland consultant, offers a tailored approach for families to access Norland expertise on early years and beyond. This can include assistance with behaviour, weaning, potty training, routines, sleep, home safety and more. Whether you just hired your first nanny and need help learning the ins and out of being a nanny employer or you have employed a nanny for years and need some advice on one issue, we are here to support you. Upon contacting us, we will reach out to you and schedule an initial free phone consultation for 15-30 minutes. After the initial phone consultation, each subsequent interaction is charged by the hour. Please note that our nanny consultations are remote. We view discretion and confidentiality as key attributes of how we do business. We handle client and candidate information with the utmost care.
