Halloween is just around the corner! While many have been planning and perfecting our costumes for months, for others the holiday seems to have just snuck up on us. Last-Minute Costume Ideas for Children
BallerinaLook through the closet and find an old dance uniform, princess skirt, or leotard and pair of tights and you’re halfway to a ballerina costume! Put your child’s hair up in a ballerina bun and accentuate with ribbons, flowers, feathers, or a tiara.
Black Cat A frightening black cat is timeless and one of the simplest costumes to put together. Any all-black ensemble from jeans to a tutu to leggings can work paired with simple cat ears and a little eyeliner or face paint for whiskers. If you can’t find a pair of ears near you, follow this simple DIY – all you’ll need is a headband, felt or firm paper, and a glue gun. If you have a ball of yarn or toy mouse hanging around the house, even better!
