Whether we are seeking candidates in Dubai, Los Angeles, London or New York, our process remains the same at its core. Our team members work to find the very best candidates in their fields. While we connect with nannies through a variety of ways throughout the Tri-State area – through online postings, word-of-mouth, nanny events, and more – the most frequent means is through referrals from both clients and candidates.

First, we check all identification and legal permits before accepting a candidate into the agency. We then review the candidate’s resume, references, and education history. Each candidate has an in-depth interview with at least one member of our team, but often many more. We check references and work history thoroughly by speaking directly to past employers. Recruiters speak to each candidate directly before sharing their resume for the role; if you’ve received a resume from a BAHS recruiter it is because that candidate is interested, qualified, and we believe they would make a great match.
